I think any progressive must absolutely rule out Ms. Clinton for 2008. She is tacking so hard to the right so fast that she may run over Joe Leiberman and injure him. As The Nation magazine has pointed out, a majority of Americans support progressive positions when polled on those issues when devoid of party labels.
