I just registered. Thank you for the invite. It is 3:00 am and I am leaving for Baltimore in 4 hours. Hmmm...suppose I will sleep on the plane!!

Mike Hutto

Am I missing something here? No one seems to be posting. There are a lot of very bright people in the group, much more so than me. I am so bummed that I am not contributing much to the betterment of the world, but I am seething with anger and full of opinions.

For instance last week at The Farm Center I saw a Cadillac Escalade with a Bush-Cheney sticker and a Coburn sticker. Fair enough. But right in the middle of the back window was a sticker that read "Al Quada (sp?) For Kerry". For an instant I thought of committing an act of vandalism,then reason kicked in. The meanness sickened me. Very low blow by any civilized standard. Then, I began to wonder how much of my anger was rooted in class envy. Food for thought.
